SPV Contract Manager

Reporting to the Contract Director, the SPV Contract Manager will manage the SPV’s contractual responsibilities and work in partnership with the University of Reading to enhance the student experience. You will act as the conduit between the University and Service Provider to facilitate all strategic aims with regard to the provision of accommodation services.  You will take full responsibility for the Contract Management Plan to monitor performance in the delivery of best in class services.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in contract management and the effective monitoring of SLA’s and KPI’s. You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professional credibility to create a culture of service excellence. Previous experience in education and/or PFI post build estate portfolios would be advantageous.
