Your new role
A unique and challenging opportunity, as Facilities Manager you will manage a mixed portfolio of properties including a high profile government building and associated residential properties within the Paris region. Liaising directly with the client side team you will need to possess a "can-do" attitude and get tasks completed.
What you'll need to succeed
A thorough understanding of delivering TFM services for a tier one service provider is a must to be considered for this position. With multiple stakeholders including high level government officials, candidates must have excellent leadership, communication and engagement qualities. The ability to speak French is desirable but not a must have.
