Assistant Project Manager
Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in order to deliver multiple projects successfully. Tasks will include but not limited to: Completing site surveys, producing reports, arranging for sub-contractor quotes, managing sub-contractors, liaising with the customer and demonstrate excellent customer relationships both internally and externally.
The projects delivered by our client are mainly Electrical (small installs), Mechanical, Roofing and Fabrics (façade, leaks, disabled access etc.) Our client is contracted to upgrade a major bank’s retail units and small offices across the whole of the Midlands. There are around 50 sites where these projects will take place.
The is an integral role within the business and applicants must have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be coordinating the process so that the project is delivered successfully.
