Our Client:

One of the UK’s leading FM providers is looking to further grow its private sector area and is therefore seeking a Business Development professional with FM or BPO sector experience to join their team. Key aspects of the role will include; 

Role details:

  • Develop high value hard services/ TFM business across the private sector in the London area
  • Be responsible for end to end process for new contracts at the 2m+ level
  • Work with the BDD’s regarding business strategy and planning
  • Oversee all contract re-bids and service line expansion for existing clients
  • Deliver personal annual sales target
  • Lead the complex bids working closely with bid teams
  • Identify and attend networking events
  • Manage client and internal relationships at a senior level
  • Undertake solution development with the bid team for large bids
  • Assist other parts of the business with complex new business when required


You will have a proven track record delivering new business within the private sector across FM or BPO sectors.  Experience of managing bids of 2-15m is essential for the role as is previous knowledge of putting together bid teams and working on contract extensions. A good understanding of hard FM would also be an advantage for this role and experience of working across the London market is also important for this role.
