Every year King's Residences provide accommodation to over 5,000 residents across a number of locations across London. Working with many services across the university; we endeavour to provide all residents with quality accommodation to suit all lifestyles and budget.
Reporting to the Property & Customer Services Manager the Residences Services Supervisor will be responsible for our flagship Champion Hill site. A social and collaborative community offering accommodation to first year undergraduate, postgraduate and retuning students. You will deliver an impeccable and sincere service to create a first-class student experience. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an effective 24/7 service that will exceed expectation and imbed continual change and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar front of house accommodation led environment which could be a nominated student provider, hotel or leisure venue. You will possess demonstrable experience in providing a ‘best in class’ service with a proven track record in motivating and leading front of house teams. This post will suit individuals who enjoy autonomy with the freedom to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
