A leading service provider - Global Professional Services client


  • Initial and continual review of all aspects of facilities operational delivery across the portfolio with recommendation reporting on requirements for the bank. Full business requirements to form the basis for recommendation.
  • Maintain log of planned operational delivery changes in order of priority with timelines
  • Ensure efficient and effective management of operational and building services with clear documented SLA's and KPIs for outsourced services and measurement against performance on a monthly basis
  • Ensure appropriate contract controls and permit to work systems are in place across the portfolio, documented and adhered to with full records available at all times.
  • Implement and maintain central oversight of all facilities operations across the Bank portfolio.
  • Represent Facilities at operational management meetings and communicate key output back to the Head of Facilities at team meetings
  • Ensure that development of security procedures and processes comply with IS policies and are recorded or monitored to allow sufficient auditing to take place.
  • Provide Management Information for all key contracts on performance, cost and trends
  • Provide Management Information on space utilisation and moves/changes
  • Maintain development of up to date premises continuity plans aligned with the business and IT plans
  • Maintain and provide up to date budget breakdowns for contracts and business usage of facilities services for cross charging purposes
  • Develop, document and review departmental procedures in regards to facilities operational management of the bank premises
  • Maintain a good standard of working environment and facilities assistance and service to all occupants of our premises including response times to resolution of issues.



  • Proven experience within Facilities Management Service Delivery for portfolio of premises
  • Proven experience in management of facilities service delivery team
  • Demonstrable experience within outsourced contract delivery, controls and resolution for both hard and soft services
  • Working experience of health & safety management (IOSH or NEBOSH qualified)
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified


  • Proven experience of delivering projects on budget and time
  • Budget Management
  • BIFM qualified
  • Educated to degree level, but not essential
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
