National Account Manager delivering an IFM solution through a team of 7 direct reports to a single client nationally with a contract value circa £3m.

My client is a world class Facilities Management Service Provider with an enviable reputation in the market.


The National Account Manager will be expected to work at the leading edge of service delivery and settle for nothing but excellence, bringing with them new and innovative ways of working. They will have a strong vein of service excellence and understanding of '5* Customer Journey' running through their career and have a real passion for delivering to a client with a similar outlook. Other duties include:

-Operational delivery of multiple service lines (IFM) across a multi million pound portfolio
-Commercial delivery against group expectations
-Managing pipeline and hitting yearly growth targets
-Ongoing management of a high profile client
-Management of a large and complex business structure
-Ensure provision of a healthy and safe working environment
-Ensuring optimum staffing levels against cost reduction and service excellence
-Ensure policy, statutory and contractual commitments are met
-Full budgetary control
-Strategic development of the business

- Commutable of Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham

- Ideally currently managing a £multi million IFM account

Ideally Midlands based (Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham etc) and willing to travel nationally

Job Offer

The National Account Manager can expect a base salary of circa £50k + generous car allowance and mileage
