Over the past ten years, we've invested £421m in our estate since 2003 to transform  all four of our campuses. We won’t stop there, and will continue to progress our ambitious plans by investing  a further c£250m+ in the development of our estate over the next decade. 

Reporting into the Director of Estates, you will lead our significnat capital development and investment programme across all of our campuses. . Working with stakeholders both around the University and externally, you will ensure an integrated approach to the development and delivery of projects in line with the University’s Strategic Plan, utilising effective programme and project management processes that deliver high quality buildings which meet the University’s academic and research needs. 

In addition to  being a key member of the Director of Estates core team, you will also be a member of our University Leadership Team.

You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of major capital projects in a complex working environment and sector. Coupled with expertise in programme and project management, you will have developed and lead a high-performing teams. Your experience to date will assist you in successfully delivering effective change management to ensure NTU remains innovative and cutting edge in its Estates provision. An inspirational leader and educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a professional qualification related to the construction industry and membership of a professional body.
