The Facilities Manager opportunity is an exciting new role at Emanuel School, reflecting the planned development programme and comprehensive building maintenance requirements of the School.
This position offers a great opportunity for someone wishing to progress their career in facilities management. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a senior level within the Education sector as well as broad experience of working within innovative, fast-changing environments. You will be an inspirational leader, able to develop others, motivate and influence change; and an excellent communicator who is diplomatic and pragmatic. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organised and able to deliver against strategic aims and objectives.
The Facilities Manager will report to the Estates Director, and will have line management responsibility for the school keeping/maintenance team.
Emanuel School is a co-educational independent day school in Wandsworth, with approximately 900 pupils from age 10 to 18. Combining academic excellence with a broad programme of co-curricular activities, we pride ourselves on developing our pupils into high achieving young adults.
Location: Emanuel School, Battersea Rise, London, SW11 1HS
Hours: 7.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings as required
