Technical Operations Manager
Location – Sheffield, National travel
Package – Up to £50k

We have an opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Service Provider working on a PFI portfolio on a National Basis. The Technical Operations Manager will be mechanically or electrically qualified but with a strong understanding of all Building Services. The Technical Operations Manager will provide technical support to the managers and provide assistance in the delivery of compliance programmes and corrective action plans

The role:

  • Technical Operations Manager working across a National Portfolio
  • Working for a leading Facilities Management Service Provider
  • Responsible for the Hard FM, planned and reactive maintenance
  • Responsible for the delivery of service levels to agreed KPI’s
  • Reporting into and working closely with the Account Director
  • Strong experience in Building Services
  • Building a strong working relationship with site based client and key stakeholders

The Company:

  • Leading FM Service Provider

The Candidate:

  • Will be Mechanically or Electrically biased
  • Must hold formal Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence able to travel on a National basis
  • Working knowledge of Building systems, design and operation
  • Experienced in delivering Hard services across multiple sites
  • Have relevant health and safety qualifications
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Ideally based in Sheffield but happy to travel Nationally
