Regional Lead Facilities Management
As Regional Lead Facilities Management you’ll be integral to the success of an ambitious transformation programme to build a new modern, digitally enabled estate - and help us create the best Estates department in Government.

As part of this we’re creating modern, collaborative working environments and bringing our broad organisation together - from over 170 small, old offices to fewer than 30 modern buildings with excellent and innovative facilities. From building and contract management, to support services and project management, the Estates department has a pivotal role to play.
Leading a skilled team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellent hard and soft facilities management services. Taking the lead on supplier relationship management, you’ll drive a proactive approach. You will be instrumental in integrating contractor delivery in the new Regional Centre, while ensuring legacy contracts are fulfilled across the estate. Reviewing and reporting on supplier performance, you will act to ensure continuous improvement. Supporting the evolution of our customer focussed services, you’ll be a role model for collaborative working across Estates. From workplace improvements, to IT services, to testing and commissioning new facilities, you will play a part at the forefront of exceptional services, backed up by excellent communications.
To be equal to the challenge, you’ll need to either have or be willing to gain BIFM Level 4 or an equivalent qualification. Your track record in facilities and contract management demonstrates a mastery of facilities management skills. With a strong customer service ethos, you are adept at managing supplier relationships to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are assured.
