Regional Facilties Manager
Our client is a leading Maintenance and Facilities company, due to a new contract award it is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join a new UK wide team.
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a team of 12 Engineers and 1 Supervisor covering the south of England, from Milton Keynes to the south coast and across to south Wales. This is a national retail contract and you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the high quality of FM services is being delivered to the client to the agreed service levels.
In addition, you must have excellent client relationship building skills, attention to detail, chair regular meetings with the client and your team, carry out appraisals, inductions and ensure KPIs and SLA are being met.
Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role, be happy to travel on a regular basis and have a good understanding of commercial building maintenance. Our client is offering a competitive package:
