Service Desk Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Manager to work client side for a highly prestigious property owner. You will handle all enquiries from tenants, ensuring problems are correctly identified and that relevant works are carried out in response. This position is key to ensuring that all works are coordinated as effectively as possible generating minimal disruption to their customers. You will verify customer and property details and ensuring the system is up to date, ensuring there is an available budget to carry out an agreed task by estimating a likely cost, ensuring all Section 20 obligations are met with regards to service charge spend, logging accurate job information on their in house management system as well as arranging access to managed properties for contractors among other ad hoc duties. Our client seeks a highly experienced individual who demonstrates a clear ability to speak to high level customers, confidently and concisely.
