Our client is a medium sized Technical Service Provider that is currently expanding in London and the Home Counties. It has recently created a new position for an Account Manager to assist the Operations Manager with running a portfolio of established contracts.

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met, managing a team of engineers, preparing quotations, overseeing and managing sub-contractors and generally making sure the client is happy with the service received.

Applicants will ideally come from an engineering background and have a proven track record in a similar role in a mobile capacity.  You must have excellent communication skills, proven people management skills, client relationship management and financial budget management.
