Applicants will be educated to Level 6 in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or hold a professional qualification such as Built Environment. Applicants are also required to be a member of a professional body such as:
Chartered Institute of Building
Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists
Association of Building Engineers
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
British Institute of Facilities Management
Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers
Royal Institute of British Architects
Institute of Chartered Engineers
The successful candidate will be able to support the delivery of the Estates Strategy and evidence that they have substantial experience of Estate and Facilities Management across a number of properties and be able to meet the requirements as detailed in the role profile.
Where the role requires a specific qualification you will also be required to bring the original certificate as proof of your achievement and a photocopy to interview.
