The Babcock Group Property department, through expansion of the property portfolio, has an exciting new opportunity for a talented FM Services Manager to join the Property team at a new Rosyth office.

As a FM Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional maintenance management service for a recently completed, high quality office building owned by the Marine Division at Rosyth Royal Dockyard.

In this management role you will be required to lead the implementation of Planned, Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to a high quality, ensuring works are compliant with all relevant statutory regulations, against budget and meet with client satisfaction.

Demonstrable influencing and inter-personnel skills are key as you will be interfacing and coordinating across Marine Divisions and liaising with local managers to ensure the coordination of all planned and reactive maintenance works in the new property, with additional contract liaison requirements during the Defects Liability period.

Ideally you will be a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer and a member of a professional body such as BIFM, RICS, CIBSE. You will also have a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent and relevant experience within the hard services field with experience of managing electrical building services, infrastructure and maintenance operations.
