Group Property and Facilities Manager
Group Property and Facilities Manager– Location: National (Manchester, Birmingham, London, Southampton)
We are looking to attract a Group Property & Facilities Manager based nationally: a critical member of the Property and Facilities team with the primary responsibility for commercial performance, budget control of contracts and projects along with the associated health, safety and environmental requirements & implications in this newly created role.
The Group Property & Facilities Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Facilities Management and Corporate Service Teams to ensure the delivery of high quality day-to-day support to the business and will influence the quality and specification of maintenance undertaken and projects delivered ensuring that the end product has the correct balance of quality and cost associated with it.
We would like to discuss the opportunity with experienced Property/Facilities Managers who are ideally members of BIFM and possess a general certificate in NEBOSH or equivalent. A strong track record of managing a Service Desk and its processes, along with knowledge of Corporate Travel Management and the deployment of self –booking tools to support individual travellers will provide a distinct advantage when applying.
Experience in the life cycle of property management, acquisition, disposal, sub-letting, lease end, dilapidations and effectively liaising with Landlords and their representatives, along with the ability to demonstrate the impact of applying the most appropriate SLA’s to the necessary fix using a balance of cost and value are key to the success of this position.
