ASSISTANT REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER - MANAGING AGENT

A Managing Agent is seeking someone who wants to take there next step in Facilities to join a team of Regional Facilities Managers looking after a portfolio of Buildings in London. You will be office based and get the opportunity to learn on the job and then move onto having your own portfolio of Buildings. 

You will be the first point of contact for the site and deal with any issues that may arise and then raising the necessary jobs with service partners. 
Daily responsibilities will include being first port of contact for any help desk queries liaison with service partners making sure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing, keeping the H&S platform updated, raising PO's and instructing and chasing up works.

There will also be a lot of direct communication with tenants on site both verbal and written so it is important that these are strong. The role does require an individual that is very customer centric and organised.

Essential 
Experience working for a service provider,client side, managing agent or developer operator, looking after multiple sites is key to this role. Drivers license and access to a vehicle.
