About the role

The Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management Team is looking to recruit a CRE & FM Coordinator to support the Dorset region in the first instance.

You will support the CRE and FM Team and work colleagues by:

  • Promoting and delivering a “Safety First” culture ensuring that Customers and employees safety always comes first.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and support the development of your two direct reports to help them achieve their potential.
  • Assist the CRE and Technical Facilities Manager with Corporate Building acquisitions and disposals.
  • Facilitate the delivery of a wide range of Facilities Management services to support the operation of Aster Group within the Corporate Real Estate.
  • Ensure that all buildings under coordination meet and can evidence legislative requirements, good practice and agreed service levels in the delivery of Facilities Management Services and provide a high-quality, customer-centric service.
  • Operate within budgetary constraints highlighting and forecasting any anomalies and predicted overspends.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have clear and concise communication skills, previously worked in a Property, Estates or Facilities Management team and be member of the BIFM.  You will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and demonstrate IT literacy in various applications - Word, Excel, Visio and Internet.   In addition you will demonstrate suitable knowledge / certification of Health and Safety in the workplace (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH) and hold a full, clean driving license.
