A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the post of Deputy Estates & Compliance Manager.
This post is to manage and direct the Estates team, including arranging shift patterns to suit the needs of the business.  The post holder will be responsible for daily opening and closing of the College, routine repairs, maintenance and cleanliness. You will be liaising with outside contractors and agencies where appropriate and working with the Head of Facilities and Estates to achieve this.
The post requires someone with considerable management skills and the ability to lead and develop staff during an era of change and have resources and financial management experience.

You will have excellent organisational skills, strong numeracy skills to interpret data, assess costs and monitor and maintain budgets. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to develop close working and positive internal and external relationships as well as a highly motivated, energetic and proactive approach to your work.

Additionally, you will hold a degree/industry qualification, NEBOSH Management of Health & Safety qualification as well as evidence of commitment to personal and professional development.
You will also have a detailed and working understanding of Health and Safety requirements and the ability to design and implement strategic plans.
