As the organisation continues to grow they require a talented and career driven professional to join a high profile corporate account in central London. Due to the client requirement this is a nine month FTC opportunity.
Your new role
As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will interface between the end user client and service partner helping facilitate a high profile building move alongside managing the day to day facilities operations. A professionally challenging role, this position requires a senior FM candidate with excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communications skills. The programme for the move is challenging meaning strong project management skills are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior "corporate" facilities management experience operating within a five star environment. Previous experience of managing a large relocation is critical alongside strong stakeholder management, leadership and communications skills. Candidates that have worked either client or contractor side or encouraged to apply.
