Your new role
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the delivery of IFM services into one of the biggest names in finance. The Facilities Manager will manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property in London. The role ensures efficient and consistent operation of all facility activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio, achieving the Client's FM outsourcing objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to have an innate passion and motivation to deliver best in class facilities services, ideally candidates will have prior experience from the hotel or hospitality industry and possess a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be confident, have strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills.
