Account Director Technical Services - Nationwide
My client, a leading FM & Support Services group requires an experienced Account Director to head up a major new high profile £10m per annum contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site technical Account Director to oversee a national account of circa 20 sites for a leading Corporate client.
The key daily duties will include:
- National responsible for the service delivery across c20 sites with a hard services bias
- Leadership of on-site teams including development of staff
- All financial control of the sites including KPI/SLA reporting
- Management of site based projects including M&E and building fabric
- Acting as main point of contacts for the sites
- Overseeing all statutory and regulatory compliance for the sites including monthly reporting
- Acting as key point of contact for the portfolio
Candidates will ideally have a technical services/engineering background with a proven track record of delivering Hard services.
Up to £80,000 plus car and Package
