Hays Facilities Management are working in partnership with a global entertainment and media organisation to recruit a Senior Facilities Director. An attractive client side opportunity, my client operate a dynamic and creative environment which reflects how their facilities are provided.
Your new role
Supporting the Global Head of Facilities, this role is an extremely challenging but attractive opportunity for interested parties. This role will have duel responsibilities, helping support both the UK and International operations depending on business requirements. The position will have involvement in international projects and provide strategic direction to offices with little/no FM presence. You will help devise and implement FM strategy, playing an active part in the successful FM provision within UK and international territories.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal & leadership skills alongside complex stakeholder management experience. Experience of both FM operational management combined with major projects is essential. Ideally candidates would have had overseas or global experience prior but this is not essential. With my client being a leading global entertainment and media organisation, the successful candidate must have an innovative and creative passion for facilities management.
