Exciting opportunity to work with an established and reputable Facilities Management organisation with lots of growth opportunity and development. The role is based in North London and will cover multiple PFI  sites within this area

As a hard services Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing  all Hard Services within the North London PFI Contracts ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation the contract specification.

Duties include:

Ÿ  Deputise for the Contract Facilities Service Manager as required.

Ÿ  Appointment and management of specialist contractors.

Ÿ  Act as Responsible and Authorised Person for specialised operations.

Ÿ  Assist with the operation and development of the Company’s Safety Rules and Procedures.

Ÿ  Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure the safe delivery of Variation, Life Cycle and small works within budget and to time.

Ÿ  Explore opportunities to develop contract variation works and revue of Life Cycle plans.

Ÿ  Development of technical skills within the in-house team.

Ÿ  Utilities management to ensure Company meets its contractual obligations

Ÿ  Technical and Contractual reporting

Hard FM Management:

Ÿ  Management of all Hard Services delivered either in-house or by contractors – effective management of contractors on site

Ÿ  Manage and develop Life Cycle planning, implementation and monitoring in consultation with stakeholders and the SPV.

Ÿ  Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.

Ÿ  Manage the contract Utility Management, target and monitor consumptions and introduce appropriate energy saving and environmental initiatives to meet and exceed contractual requirements.

Ÿ  Ensure that procured products and services are of specified quality, are safe, compliant and from sustainable and traceable sources

Ÿ  Manage project specific risks including the preparation, implementation, monitoring and review of risk management plans.

Ÿ  Ensure that Hard Services best practice is shared between functions, sites and contracts

Qualifications/Requirements
