Your new role
As the Partnership Director you will lead on client relationship management across a variety of Facilities Management contracts. The contracts are mainly in the South of the country so candidates would ideally be based in the that area but the role has a national remit and requires travel. This is a very client facing role in which you will be overseeing a range of activity including maintaining and developing client relationships, analysis of delivery methods, making recommendations for improvement as well as working to develop the value of contracts and increase service lines delivered to contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management sector. Our client is looking for a senior candidate who excels in client facing scenarios with a strong commercial acumen and has the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
