REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER - MANAGING AGENT - SOUTH WEST
My client a managing agent seeks a Regional FM with experience in looking after a portfolio of 14 properties comprising of office,retail and industrial sites. You will be responsible for sites all located in the South West of England (Bristol,Wales, Gloucester and Hampshire) You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with the owners of the portfolio too.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
