Maintenance Manager Job at a world famous landmark and tourist attraction in central London £49K + Package

Operating as a charity my client is responsible for the running and upkeep of some of the most famous buildings in the UK&I. Dealing not only with a high volume of tourists, their sites also hold memorials and events for the state & government on a regular basis.
Your new role
You will be working for arguably their most high profile and prestigious site based in the heart of London, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance reporting directly to the Deputy and Head of Maintenance and Facilities.
You will be required to oversee the daily supervision of onsite contractors and ensuring the sites high standards are maintained for their customers experience.
Ensuring the maintenance work is carried out in a clean, safe and attractive manner for the customers of the site. Whilst also controlling costs and budgetary requirements of the work and providing added value to their overall ambition to be a clean and environmentally friendly set up.
A key area of the role is to be responsive and collaborate with the visitor services team in ensuring that and feedback from their department is dealt with.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance with relevant qualifications including but not limited to C&G level 3, 17th edition or HND or equivalent.
Past experience of managing maintenance programmes is essential and performing this in a customer facing listed building environment is desirable.
What you'll get in return
An annual salary of £490000 - group pension scheme, annual leave entitlement starting at 25 days + bank holiday. Any days worked outside normal working hours will be returned as days in lieu,
