As such we are seeking to appoint the building’s first General Manager who will act as its ambassador, leading both the internal staff, the buildings customers’ and anyone who interacts with it. 70 St Mary Axe is a high-profile asset in the portfolio of TH Real Estate and the appointed will be required to interact with a variety of high-profile stakeholders and individuals.
With an exceptionally strong operational background and a demonstratable track record of managing a service lead asset, the successful candidate will be required to drive the very highest standards for TH Real Estate. In addition to be the building’s figurehead, the appointed will promote a culture of customer service excellence. Experience of mobilisation and transition of office accommodation is highly beneficial but not essential.
