Head of Services
Reporting into the Sector MD you will work very closely with the Account Managers on a variety of technical and TFM contracts predominantly across the South East. Working with clients in 3 key markets leisure, retail and heritage with a portfolio of about £80m T/O. The main remit of the role will be to improve the performance and consistency on the FM contracts as well as helping to grow them organically. This role will in essence deputise for the Sector MD and will also work closely with the new business team to be the operational face for winning new clients. You will need to be able to travel to London where the main office is a couple of days a week with the rest of your time being out with your team/clients.
The successful candidate will need to have either a hard FM or TFM background and ideally have exposure to one of the 3 key markets of leisure, retail or heritage. A strong operational track record managing multiple clients and building strong customer relationship will need to be demonstrated. The role is mainly based in the South East so an ability to travel within this region daily is essential. You will have a team of Account Managers to help lead and mentor and so will need experience of leading operational teams previously. If you can show your ability to work closely with business development teams and help grow business organically too this will also be preferred.
