Our Client:

This is a rare opportunity to manage the technical services for one of London’s iconic buildings based in South Kensington, overseeing day to day operations. Key daily duties will include;

Role details:

  • Lead day to day operations, PPM and reactive maintenance for the site
  • Maintenance of all m+e systems, HVAC,HV and L8
  • Day to day management of on-site team including development
  • Build relationship with lead client including holding regular client meetings
  • Oversee all risk assessments and HSE for the site
  • Management of all sub-contractors at the site
  • Weekly and monthly monitoring of all KPI’s and SLA’s for the contract
  • Procurement and delivery of all m+e projects including installations and lifecycle works
  • Ensure all business continuity and emergency plans are in place


You will have a strong m+e background and relevant qualifications are essential for the role.

IOSH would also be an advantage and previous team management knowledge is also a pre requisite
