Our Client:

This leading European FM business is seeking an experienced knowledge/bid professional to support and develop the central knowledge management function.  Key elements of the role will include;

Role details:

  • Create and write value added content for bids across the FM and energy sectors
  • Undertake administration on SharePoint system including running reports and monitoring a shared inbox with requests from the business
  • Prepare bid extracts for business development teams
  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts across the business
  • Undertaking presentations around the UK to the internal business to promote the knowledge management department
  • Research market trends and developments
  • Support the internal customer requests for information for specific bids


You will have knowledge management experience gained within a support services or related sector. Knowledge of SharePoint technology would be an advantage and experience of developing internal relationships is essential for the role.
