We are looking for a responsible and experienced Head of Operations to join our Finance, Resources & Operations team to oversee the end-to-end operations of our site. Contributing visibly to the learning and pastoral experience enjoyed by our students, the wider operations team has a diverse and critical set of responsibilities, and are in need of a keen individual to provide exceptional senior management skills. The operations team is critical to the school’s ambitious long term vision and plans; the right individual will be able to make a genuine difference to the long term prospects of a whole generation of well-rounded and courageous young women.

Strong property and site management experience will be essential in this role as you will be responsible for managing several operational teams across multiple disciplines. This will include planning and delivery of outstanding operational services to students and staff alike, identifying areas where we can go further and innovating to meet the needs of a dynamic school.

With exceptional skills of team work and problem solving, you must be a driven individual who can provide calm focus and direction to a variety of team members, whilst managing your own workload, keeping to times and deadlines efficiently.
