We currently have a number of full time opportunities to join our operation's team as an FM Call Centre Agent based at our office in Redditch. Clear communication and excellent customer service skills are key to being a successful Service Desk Operative. The main purpose is to schedule work orders to an engineer, against the service level agreement determined by the client. You will be required to work on an early and late day shift basis between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a 7 day a week rolling rota. Please note this positions will also involve working on Bank Holidays.
For this role you would ideally have a proven background in working on a helpdesk along with providing professional customer service. You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. In addition you will have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
