FM Support Services Manager

We are looking to appoint a Support Services Manager to drive business performance across all aspects of the Facilities and Workplace department. Working within our Euston Road Headquarters, the ten-storey, glass-roofed Gibbs Building and neighbouring building which houses The Wellcome Collection our public facing Cultural Hub, you will create and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships. You will also be responsible for effectively managing and controlling the Support Services function, including the Helpdesk and the flow of information for all KPIs and SLAs within the department, along with the administration of our service partner contracts, projects budgets, and department budgets (£21m in total). You will also lead on the future development of the Support Services team to ensure a culture of exceptional service delivery is created and maintained.

The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities and experience, with outstanding communication and report writing skills. Experience of managing a helpdesk in a supervisory leadership capacity is highly advantageous, as well as a strong working knowledge of CAFM systems.  You will manage with professional credibility, with the ability to create strategic partnerships to implement an organisations vision at an operational level.
