We are recruiting 2 Facilities Managers for an organisation in the educational sector.
One FM is to manage facilities staff, contractors and services at a group of Schools in Reading/ Berkshire.
The other FM is to manage FM at 2 colleges in and around Oxford.
You will manage a mix of in house teams and contractors/ service providers. You will be heavily involved in project and environmental management and well as H&S and building compliance.
You will need a confident personality and proven leadership skills to in order to communicate, influence and manage relationships with Heads and Governors.
Experience within an educational facility is not essential however an understanding of Safeguarding is preferred.
Salaries of c£36k are offered along with a fun, dynamic and enjoyable working environment.
