Our Client:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high profile blue chip corporate site for a leading FM provider. Based in North West London/Herts/Bucks borders, the role will include;

Role details:

  • Manage TFM services for the site including m+e, front of house and other soft services
  • Oversee all HSEQ matters for the site
  • Budget/cost management including production of reports
  • Monitor all SLA’s for the site
  • Lead the on-site team including training and development
  • Assisting with FM projects where necessary
  • Developing client relationship

Requirements:

You will have a background in management of TFM services ideally within a blue chip corporate environment. Good team management and budget control experience are also important for the role.
