As such, we are on the verge of moving our staff from multiple satellite offices to 13 purpose-built regional centres and four specialist sites, where state-of-the-art facilities will enable us to become a truly modern tax authority. 

This is a unique chance to play an instrumental role in the biggest property programme in the UK. Supporting the provision of Hard and Soft facilities management (FM) services in both our legacy buildings and our new estate, you will work closely with a broad array of stakeholders and service delivery partners to ensure standards are being met. Transitioning and evolving existing contracts, you will lead the FM team to determine the needs of the new building, identifying and mitigating risks and planning resources. Whether you are responding to an emergency call-out or making future delivery plans, you will ensure customer-focussed services are always delivered.

To make the most of this career-defining opportunity, you will need exceptional leadership and supplier management capabilities, with the ability to really listen to what people are telling you. If a service is not coming up to scratch, you will have the contacts and the judgment to fix the situation. Professionally qualified (BIFM level-4, or you will be willing to achieve this within two years), you will have exceptional FM experience and skills with a strong customer service ethos.
