BUILDING MANAGER- MANAGING AGENT -PRESTIGE CENTRAL LONDON - PORTFOLIO
My client a managing agent seeks a FM with experience in looking after two high profile office Buildings, Central London based. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with the owners of the portfolio too.
You will report into an Asset Manager and work closely with them to deliver a fit for purpose service.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
There is huge scope to progress and develop within this organisation.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be managing service charge budgets.
